Join us on Wednesday January 21, 2026 at 6pm at Revolution Wellness Collective in Milford, NH for an interactive, all-levels wellness event designed for anyone navigating burnout, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from their body.
This 90 minute experiential workshop blends gentle somatic movement, breathwork, vagus nerve and bilateral stimulation exercises, and an accessible mind-body connection discussion, hosted by licensed mental health therapist, Taylor Berrick.
You’ll also take part in a binaural beats and bilateral stimulation sound session with wireless headphones, closing with a calming sound bath led by sound therapy practitioner Elijah Morin. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their nervous system and practical regulation tools they can use anytime to feel more grounded and resilient.
